Richard A. Kaplan — Chief Executive Officer
Richard Kaplan is the former president of Richland Industries, Inc., a retail floor covering chain; chairman and co-founder of Resnick Media Associates, Inc., an advertising and marketing agency; chairman and co-founder of Blanton Communications, Inc., a computer software company; president of RAK Realty Corporation, a real estate development company; chairman and founder of WorkSmart International, Inc., a human resource development,publishing and training company for multi-market, multinational corporations and organizations. He was also chairman and founder of Maxim Group Inc., a publicly held company previously listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

Keith E. Gleasman — President, Chief Technical Officer & Chief Marketing Officer
Keith is Co-Inventor with Vernon E. Gleasman on all Torvec patents. Keith has extensive marketing and sales executive experience, in addition to his design and development knowledge. His particular expertise has been in the area of defining and demonstrating the products to persons within all levels of the automotive industry, race crew members, educators and students.

Robert Fishback — Chief Financial Officer
Robert W. Fishback, age 55, joined Torvec in October 2010 as Chief Financial Officer and in November 2010 was also appointed as Corporate Secretary. Before joining Torvec, from August 2009 through October 2010, Mr. Fishback was an independent consultant from August 2009 through October 2010, providing executive consulting services to various businesses in all areas of finance and accounting, including financial reporting, process improvements and internal controls, and financial analysis. From July 2010 through the October 2010, Torvec was a client of Mr. Fishback.

Previously, Mr. Fishback served as Vice President - Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Ultralife Corporation, Newark, New York, from 1999 to 2009, overseeing corporate growth from $20 million to more than $250 million in revenues. Previously, he served as Controller at ITT Industries, Inc. (formerly Goulds Pumps, Inc.), Seneca Falls, New York, and in various corporate financial and operations management positions at Frontier Corporation, Rochester, New York.

Mr. Fishback is a CPA and received an MBA in Finance from SUNY - Buffalo. His undergraduate degree in accounting is from Grove City College. He spent three years in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche LLP prior to joining the private sector in 1983.

Richard B. Sullivan – Corporate Counsel
Graduate of Cornell Law School, Richard assists the company in its compliance with federal and state securities rules and regulations. He has been with Torvec on a full time basis since 2005.

Andrew K. Gleasman – Vice President of Sales
Andrew has a bachelor’s degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and is the grandson of Vernon Gleasman. Andrew has worked with Torvec since its inception and has been heavily involved since July 2004. Andrew brings first hand knowledge of Torvec’s products to the automotive marketplace.

Joe McMahon – Vice President of Engineering
A 1988 graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Mechanical Technology, Joe has 18 years experience in all phases of automated machining and assembly systems, including concepts, proposals to customers, design and project management. 5 1/2 years experience in design and testing of products at Torvec. Joe’s hobbies include building and tuning vehicles for Drag racing with ETs in the 7-9 sec range.

Don Gabel – Engineer
Don is in his seventh year at Torvec. He previously worked in the special machines design and manufacturing business for 24 years prior to his tenure at Torvec. His educational background is in mechanical design technology and manufacturing. Prior to coming to Torvec, he worked with Vernon and Keith Gleasman on the original versions of the FTV and IVT.

Mathew Sullivan – Engineer
Matt earned his B.S. in Engineering Physics with a minor in math from St. Bonaventure University, and has his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Buffalo. His background has given him a wide range of experience in experimentation, experimental analysis, mathematical analysis and data analysis.

Steve Urbanik – Automotive Technician
Steve is ASE certified tech with over 23 years of extensive work experience and training on GM, Ford, Chrysler vehicles.
