January 2013
Dear Shareholders,
As you know we have started to sell the Isotorque® differential into the automobile after-market. With limited effort, we have received orders for approximately 40 units for high powered Corvettes and Camaros. This along with feedback we have received makes us confident that we have a very salable product.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our shareholders, vendors, employees and everyone associated with Torvec for all their support and patience. I look forward to 2013 be a great year for Torvec. We wish you all a very happy holiday season and a wonderful new year. I will have a regular CEO report in mid-January.

These are very important times for Torvec in that both our products, the IsoTorque Differential and the New Hydraulic Pump, are in testing.
August 2012
Dear Shareholders,
As I have stated earlier, August and September are going to be important months for our company.
We have started our testing of the IsoTorque® differential with our new proprietary gear forms and we are very excited with the results. None of our previous differentials have ever passed these tests before. As a result of these tests, we now know that, with a little “fine tuning” engineering, we will finally have not only a great performing differential (which we have always had), but a strong and durable differential.

As I look back on 2011 I feel we have made great strides towards commercializing our two initial products: the IsoTorque® differential and the Rota-Torque™ hydraulic pump. Here is an update on both.
