The July 8, 2008 meeting and demonstration of our FTV to the Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Forestry Department, FEMA and others at Tyndale Air Force Base, Panama City, Florida (June 16 Update) has been pushed back to mid-August. While we are a bit disappointed by the rescheduling, it works in Torvec’s favor. Since the June 16 th update, the Air Force has shown the FTV at various conferences nationwide. These showings have garnered more interest from other public agencies and private industry. The date, therefore, was changed by the Air Force to accommodate all who want to attend.

This rescheduled date has given Torvec the time to meet with various potential strategic partners and suppliers for the FTV program. Since these companies have also expressed interest in attending the Air Force event at Tyndale, the change in date has helped to accommodate their busy schedules and given us time to talk with them about the future.

All other programs are continuing to move forward.
